1895 the order of Hoo-Hoo arrived in Duluth.  Hundreds of members arrived and were greeted by the Duluth members. Founded in 1892 they were part of the timber industry and grew to about 7,000 members  by the 1920's. Only 18 members are participating today.  Members were called kittens.  The all male organization had one female member who joined prior to the ruling that females were not allowed,  Zenith Web Site
