Back in the school cafeteria, nobody back then heard of gluten intolerance either.  Anyone else out there got it too? (Me, since 1988.)  I'm hoping to get a GF recipe book done, because I've been on top of the problem many years now and have created many good recipes.  I hope to be able to work on the book over the winter; at the least to finish one within a year.
